Vacation

We work, work, work and don't take time off to let our body and mind recover from it, I see people working and I ask when are you going on vacation, they say I don't have time or I don't know what I would do. Vacation is to let the body heal and the mind clear the bad thoughts out, people take a vacation it good for your health.
