GOOD KUNG-FU In honor of Robin Williams

I'm posting this for everyone out there like me do what you can ,don't quit stay at it because if you don't have support just pick and do one task at a time that way you are moving forward and not standing still.

Draft

Good morning I have three drafts waiting to be post , they all represents something I see in my daily environment with people, so what I see you might not see , so don't say they like Dallas and I like Dallas Cowboys they can teach my child.

I want you to teach my kids respect

Things change , they say the martial arts is always changing , before I started to learn , a person learn the martial arts to make their life better , when I started learning it was to protect your self and to get in shape , Now it to teach my kids respect.
Respect is learn in the home from the family members , If you are taking your kids to a martial arts class just to learn respect you need to be there too.

10 times better

As we go through our class exercise and I see one or two of my students being lazy ,  I will say to them if I can do it you can do it "10" times better then me , why because you are younger then me .

Don't quit

Doing this networking stuff give me a headache air in air out again

One day at a time

Boy I can do the Martial Arts but the social networking that one day at a time.
