Another cold ride to work I stay with it I should be good by the time it really good cold.

I have been riding my bike a lot since my foot surgery and I have to keep my exercising to low impact on my foot

Yes today is a good time my foot is healing good I'm getting around better there no pain now, So now I'm in the process of getting caught up with my project . We have to work hard to get better there no easy way out.
